Hi there, Have you tried www.successatielts.com It offers lots of online exercises specifically designed to help candidates prepare for the writing tasks for Academic IELTS, but are also helpful for General Training too. It also has online practice tests and model texts as well as useful exam tips. There is a small fee to access all the training modules but I think you'll find it to be worthwhile! Although you seem to want more practice in listening, I'm afraid my site only deals with the writing paper at the moment.
