Hi friends, Can anyone please tell me whether we need to choose only one option for the second essay of Toefl or we can agree with both. For example, if the essay is: Should governments spend more money on improving roads and highways, or should governments spend more money on improving public transportation (buses, trains, subways)? Why? Use specific reasons and details to develop your essay. Do we have to choose one, either transportation or roads & highways, or we can choose both. Plz reply as soon as possible 'coz i've the exam on 15th dec. Only 3 days left.

Khadija, Thank you. I also thought of cell phone or laptop. But i had doubt b'coz the question says "what object is important for us". This means that an object important for the whole world. So, a cell phone or laptop may be important for you and me, but may not be important for some other person. Do you still think we can give this answer? Please suggest.

Hi friends, I've a question regarding the speaking question. What happens is when i practice for speaking, usually my answer is left incomplete and the time runs out. So, i wanted to know how will this effect the score. I guess this is a major problem. Looking forward for your replies. Thanks.
