  7. Hi journey, I called continental testing and explaind that idpfr has approved my application to take naplex, so they requested a copy of the idpfr's letter. I faxed them the letter and after 3 weeks they approved my application and pearson vue sent me the ATT.
  8. 5% means 5g in 100 ml, so in 200ml you have 10g. When you dilute it to 4000ml, it means that you have 10g in 4000ml. To get the % strength you have to find how many g are in 100ml 10 g -- 4000ml Xg -- 100ml. => X= 10x100/4000=0.25 X= 0.25%
  9. 1). 5% => 5g -- 100 ml ? -- 200 ml => we have 10 g in 200 ml, which will be diluted to 4litters 10g in 4000 ml ? g in 100 ml => so the strength of the final solution is 1000/4000= 0.25 => 0.25 % 2). 65mg in 30 ml => we have 260 mg in 120 ml, to obtain a concentration of 1mg/ml we need 260 ml so we need 140 ml of diluent to add to 120 ml of the syrup. 3). 1 pint of 1/750 will be diluted to 1 gallon ( 8 pints ) 1/750/8 = 1/6000 4). D, The only drug in the list that does not lower HR is amlodipine

  18. Hi kiro2010, you should call all the independent pharmacies in 40-50 miles radius from where you live and eventually you'll find some one who needs help. I know it is a long painful process but it's worth it. I did not find one yet because I can't work during the day without pay. But I'm still trying...and hoping...... Good luck. keep me posted please.
  19. Hi Dyad, I sent you a Pm with all the information that you need, hope this will help. keep me posted and good luck.
  20. Hi journey, I had 2 interviews last week for volunteer position. But because of my limited availability (weekends and evenings) they did not accept. They wanted me to work during week days if I really want to volunteer, and they give me time to think about it. I think I should wait couple of months and see. Doing volunteer work during weekdays means that I have to put my three kids in a daycare, and it's very expensive espacially I'm not getting paid. Keep me posted.
  21. Hi buckyballs, Thank you so much for your willingness to help. I sent you a PM. Thanks again.
  22. Hi journey, Thank you so much for your positive feedback. Now I'm looking for a job as pharmacy technician...... maybe it will help me in finding internship later. 23. Hi Knock, You are welcome and good luck in finding internship. Hello kaveri, You are welcome and hope you get the job. Good luck.
