Well!!! I have no idea if anyone else in the world has faced a problem like this before. I will be really grateful if anyone can help me with this. I took my TOEFL on the 3rd of March. I was expecting the score report for the last few days. It didn't arrive, and I had to call ets regarding this. What they said was a shock for me. They said that for some reason the system wasn't able to record my answers properly, and hence my TOEFL is not valid. So I have to retake the exam. The deadlines for different universities are very near, and I am not sure whether I can afford any further delay in reporting the score. I checked the available dates for TOEFL in India, and it says that before 21st of April, there is no slot left. In that case, all the deadlines will be over and the chance of me getting admission this year will be ruined. The customer care executive from ets told me that they are investigating the matter, and will let me know about this in the next 7-10 days. I just wanted some suggestions from you. What should I do now? It was not my fault. Should I inform the universities now? Or should I wait for the ETS mail to arrive? It will be really helpful for me if you can help me regarding this.
