Schools I am applying
1) Rutgers U
2) U of Arizona
3) U of New Orleans
4) North Carolina State U
5) Georgia State U
6) Oklahoma State U
7) Clark U
8) SUNY stony brook

Do you guys think my profile is competitive for those schools? Is there any university in my list that you guys recommend not to apply?
My verbal GRE is too low. Does it hurt my chances much? I took it before doing my MS econ in US. Since then I improved my verbal skills. Do they consider this?
Any advice is much appreciated
Thank you
