Hi I have applied for deficiency letter in 2007 in August. I received deficiency letter in September 2007 . Since that is expired now i again applied fresh application .Is that Ok. I have answered NO to the question " Have you ever applied for Pharmacist intern " because they asked to include intern registration number if i say yes .since i have defiency letter and in the letter it is mentioned that the case be closed if i don't submit SSN with in year. I applied in California. Please let me know. How many days it is taking at present to get new deficiency letter.Thanks

Hi sony You can apply for intern licence in any state without SSN. You will a Deficiency letter showing that you have met all requirements except SSN. I think deficiency letter is sufficient to apply for H1B.
