Hi Priyankam and all friends, I need more suggestion from you. After preparing for 8 wordlist i tried to revise all. But i am not able to remember 80% :( of the words. So i got upset and even i fell sick thinking that how i am goingto face GRE. Problem with me is i am working in a networking concern and i will be in office for 12 hours where i have been assigned with hell a lot of works. Then i made up mind and completed GRE High Frequency Words (323 words) in 4 days. Then i started Big book wordlist (813 words) now. To my memory power :crazy: i feel i can learn only thousand words. With these hit lists like Big Book Words and High Frequency Wordlist can i attain the Score of 450 - 500 in Verbal. I am good at maths where i have the confidence that i can score 750. Please suggest. Need your help desperately. Friends if anyone could help me.... Regards, Praveen

Hi Ladbug, I am not sure about the test centers but i can assure you that even if take 6 times the colleges will take only the latest score. So you can definetly give another try.

Hi Priyankam, I am taking the test on 31 Oct. But after my office hours i was able to complete only 6 word lists in Barrons till now for the past 15 days. Need to make up 44 wordlist:(. But still only 30 days to go. Do you have any idea how to complete barrons in the remaining days. Also i have completed Barrons Quants, still complete Nova Book is there. Only Passport and Hall Hicket is allowed inside for CBT. Pencil, Pen, Calculator and other materials are not allowed

Hi Priyankam, To my knowledge this score is pretty decent score to get into 30 to 50 rank universities as ur undergraduate, 10 and 12 % is really superb. As all of my friends got this similar scores and even less scores and they are in US now. Make sure that you get good SOPs and Recommendation letters. My wishes to you. Hi Priyankam, I am from India and my friends suggested me that 1st week of november is somewhat late as top universities deadline is DEC 15 or 31. And also particularly if you need to apply for funding you need to send your scores to the universities before DEC 15. Are you from India. Do you know more details regarding this. Anindya, If you want to book in a specific date and if you didnt find a date i will give you a hint to book it. visit ets.org daily more than 10 times and check for the date you requested for. Testing center will have a capacity of 20 members per session and 2 sessions per day (sometimes 3 session) in peak time like october. And if a member is cancelling or reschedule the test you will be able to book in that day. Suppose if an agent thought that the preparation what he has done is not enough, he will reschedule the exam. So definetly you will find a day, if you visit the website daily. Praveen Babu
