  1. hi there, the way I see this problem, if no further doses were administered after the first dose, then 3 days minus one hour is your t. (minus one hour because the initial Conc was read after one hour) is your t. the initial concentration 30mg/dl is your C1. then your final concentration is your C2. you can now obtain K,(patient specific elimination rate constant) from the equation C2 = C1e^-Kt. After obtaining, K, then t1/2 is just 0.693/K. Did this help?
