first of all thanks for all forum member after my hard days i pass my naplex with more than 115 score.here is some advise i would like to give you read Apha very well read some hospital related inj preparation & otc from kaplan do calculation very well (Apha,Kaplan) more concentrate on clinical parts like contra indication, common drug interactions combinations of drug (e.g.lotrel, combivir) do well infectious diseases,cancel,hivh product chart, biotec( last day) do altenative therapy in conta indications good luck to all Thank you Amar

i needhelp for the following problems 1) vancomycin peak conc 600 hrs ,through conc 1400 hrs what will be T1/2 2) one patient taking amoxil has 9 in 1000 chanse to get side effect where other patient has 6 in 1000 chanse to get side effect what is relative risk ratio? if anyone know pl let me know thank you

Pharmacist or intern renew there license before 31st June. The license which issued by michigan in valid until June. You are right RX C2 to c5 have to save for 5 years at in the pharmacy store. Good luck.
