Hi, According to my concepts, drug goes back to blood through tubular reabsorption. Tubular reabsorption is a passive process that follows ficks law of diffusion. Duration of action is increased by keeping the drug more in blood. So answer seems to be from choice 1.Passive reabsorption 3.Active reabsorption What I feel the best in these two is passive reabsorption. Thanks
