When one pass more then one month doing pick up and drive thru,you really should talk to dm or supervisor adding a fact that this approch would make you an inefficient pharmacist.I was treated at CVS same way in the first store I got into but I did speak to my supervisor and he was nice enough to trasfer me over to diierent place and luckily that place was the best to get trained at including good Rph,busy store and good staff.Definitly Rph would expect a lot from you and at taht point I would take that as a challenge and learn it the best.I could do everything in 2 weeks after I got trasferred over.

Hi CVS or Walgreens.. Good question and many answers. For internship the only thing matters is how good Rph at the location you are working at and how much they are helping you to learna nd teach pharmacy related things. Being a pharmacist as someone mentioned Walmart and few other chains would a better choice as I thing good help,same pay and less traffic so less stressful.** I guess Walmart offers better benefits too ** But I think little too difficult to get oppurtunity in walmart atleast in North NJ I know. CVS -- High volume and they expect a lot from pharmacist with less help which really makes day stressful.I heared situations are better at Walgreens so I would personally choose to be a pharmacist at walgreens if I have option between CVS and walgreens.

Hi Batates.. Yeah I did pass naplex ..started working from 21st Nov in nj. GOOD LUCK for test.....Don't really get panic if you did couple of things wrong ..you can still pass it.....as I screwed up many qs and my test was really not good but I still passed.. I guess they are pretty good at grading.. I am sure you will make it..it's just matter of time.

yeah actually I was going to ask that did you present your licence to practice pharmacy in China to NABP??.. I think your state or whatever pharmacy board has to send that licence and a letter for good standing ..I think these 2 things wud prove that you are a genuine pharmacist back in your home country...And if you already presented this docs ..you should do the best you can to get authorization to practice in US states. I am not sure but when i took mpje last month ..i took on momday and got results on friday..so i am expecting on friday.. someone told me today that we can call state board and ask or results..

Don't worry ,u'll pass. ur exam was tough so the chances taht u pass r much higher than getting an easy paper.I hope so..i know i did go on many que but also i screwed many a question for you. Did u find the kaptest really useful or appleton is enough. please reply. if you are asking questions repeated ...then not many..but for practice yes they were helpful..and questions are familier and easy but its the choices which is comfusing..you cud eliminate 3 but last 2 kills.. appleton was also helpful GOOD LUCK Thanks

Hi Exam was okey..i will not say easy..I am counting on 50-50 cahnces . To me many questions seem tricky but lot much math which was easy..i didnt not get any pharmacokinetic math not even half life...just the simple math.. you might need to get hold of all small info like which ones should be taken on same time every day also which different dosage forms each drug exist..being in pharmacy you might know well known forms and you can eliminate 3 choices but you get stucked with last two..( I think APHA wouldnt talk abt this).. Try to know which ones comes in oral,IV,sL,buccal,suppositories,nasal I also had few clinical ques in the begining about some kind of pump abt which i had no idea.. Too many K type questions ..I hardly had few simple kinds.. I dint get any que from HIV but yes oncology,vaccination,transplant Lot of CNS alot >cvs>geriatric>adrenal,thyroid>TPN nutrition>infection>diabetes.. know MOM is milk of magnesia..eveyone might know but it was new to me.. some crazy quesiton i have no idea about.. feel free to ask any thing in specific ...

HI You can apply any time ..Now is good time too..Only bad time is summer time when lots of pharmacy students from schools here seek job...during their summer break. H1B - I think CVS can get you H1B ..but i am not sure if you have any work permit for now to get started..as they can file your h1b in April ..and once it gets approved you can start working.. Getting H1b sponcered is difficult in northern part (not impossible) then central then southern (easiest capmay,atlantic city- if u want i can provide you with supervisers phone #'s)..you can also contact Tracey Houdorski and get info to get into CVS pharamcy The best way is to contact stores individually (talking to store manager or calling each pharmacy in the radius you are willing to work).This applies to CVS ..I guess for walgreens you e-mail(international pharmacist) and same for rite aid (forgot name). I can pass on those e-mail address if you needed.. P.S -- where are you located cental,northern or southern part?? DO you have any current work permit (like OPT) I would like to know if anyone that needs an H1 sponsorship started contacting companies. Hi Pilltablet congratulations on passing naplex... would you mid to share your test expirience with us??? If yes!! we wud like to know which books you followed...which one was very helpful..if you knew anyhting about apha or if that coverd most part in test.. How much brand generic,calculation,oncology, ***, vaccination,transplant and antiinfective on test.. Was that a difficult transaction or smooth (I mean taking test those 4 hours) I long did * take to finsih test?? How long did u study for test?how much you scored?? If you have any good recommendations on how to prepare for test for future testtakers....will be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance..
