Just to inform also to everyone that I also received the same email as Nunaya from Riteaid. RMiller asked me to submit current address and tel no on where to send the approval notices via FED EX. This is also to thank everyone for sharing their knowledge on this process. Really a great forum. Thank you, first of all to God that the journey to my American dream would soon start..hope no more hindrances along the way..To all those waiting for their approval notices to be sent, RA stated in their email to me to be patient as it takes 10 days for them to receive it from USCIS..good luck!!!

Thanks mirozoza...Yes I checked the website this morning and it is approved filed through California Service Center WAC 146.

I got the news from the USCIS website that my H1B visa is approved today. The Almighty Lord will grant our wishes in His time and this is it. For all those waiting just hang on.. the good news will definitely come. To my Kababayans see you at POEA or Manila embassy!!!

I got my receipt notice last May 7, batch 146 California SC. Sure everyone will get theirs in time..good luck to all!

I received my notice receipt last May 7, waiting for approval now. Dont worry yours will come soon too..A big relief, hope everything will be fine.

TO TIKI, Yes I was petitioned again last year but wasnt picked in the lottery meaning the application was not received and reviewed and was returned by USCIS so no receipt notice issued. For this year since there is no lottery, the application should be automatically received and reviewed for final approval by USCIS. My worry now is I havent received the notice yet, anyways hopefully we are just in line..

Same here, I havent received my notice yet. Been so scared as I signed the offer early this year so was expecting to have it early too. Hope we will get it soon too!

To trav, Thank you for that information though very discouraging for us who had already been offered sponsorship by riteaid.Anyway for me I am not changing my plan, I m still optimistic that everything will be fine, what is important is, it is a stepping stone for an entry to the US. If we pray hard, God will show us the way. Good luck to all those sponsored by riteaid this year. Let's keep our fingers cross.

Hello everyone, espescially those who failed like me in the lottery of H1B visa. It is again the start of the battle, as I received an email from riteaid if I am still interested. I sure do, so as early as now lets pray that we will gonna make it already next year!

May I seek some advice on what to do regarding my intern license in California. I only have a deficiency letter issued March 2008 and it states that it is good for 12 months and will be abandoned if SSN is not submitted. The problem is I wasn't drawn in the last lottery of the h1B visa eventually denied working in the US.May I know what to do next as I wrote the board but I haven't got a response yet.

I just received my rejection email from Kim as what is expected. May I know from those who got rejected if Kim mentioned to them also about informing us again if there will be an increase in H1B quota? Does this mean there is still a kindle of hope for us for this year? I'm just optimistic that a brighter day is also waiting there, in God's time.

Hi Lily264, No, you are not alone waiting for the receipt. I guess everybody stopped hoping because at this point in time, the chances are too little now. Being in the same situation as you is just moving on with my daily routine, though havent received the rejection letter yet, I guess the battle is nearing its end...and we have to accept that.....BUT WHO KNOWS ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN, BECAUSE GOD IS GREAT IN EVERYWAY.......
