Thanx for the reply. i think it was very straightforward and honest. I know that my age maybe a big minus but just wanted to add another angle to it. The quality of my WE has been very good for few reasons: 1) Besides my Technical Background i was found fit for sales and Marketing. 2) I have shown record growth for 2 years and I was given additional responsibility of 2 more markets(1 metro and 1 urban) due to my performance. 3) I was lucky to get many opportunities to display leadership due to my job profile and i have made best use of these opp. which can be highlighted. My entrepreneurship career has involved working in family owned business. We have small scale iron and steel rolling mill and i have handled production and marketing of different steel products. I have successfully executed 3 projects for improving productivity at the plant and 1 project in marketing for liquidating inventory during slack season. My extra curricular is definitely weak but during the time i had spent a my rolling mill i have given guidance to my factory laborers and taught basic mathematics to them.(but i wonder if this can be recognized as ExCurr or Community as it was self-driven, not in collaboration with any NGO.) pls advise
