:mad:I have taken IBT in I Can Language Center Inc. located in Ortigas Center Pasig Philippines , the test center so small and not fit for examintaion the monitor is only 10 inches from your face, also I can see the monitor of the 3rd person beside me that I can clearly see all the question and answer of the person beside me. There are no space for you to write and take notes. The computer we used are soooo old that and 2 of the test taker have a problen on their headset while 1 test taker had a problem on his keyboard. While they are fixing the problem I have already started the IBT test I was very distracted because the proctor would pass at may back because of lack of space I have to move my chair forward now and then for them to pass through They used monoblock chair that is not comfortable for a test taker to sit for four hours. IBT is very difficult exam and expensive I believe that a test taker should be comfortable during the test. If you have time check test center before registering.
