You are getting lower pay because you are not working full-time with them and most importantly you do not have FPGEC certificate with you i.e most important thing they want in order to think that candidate will become pharmacist on time as FPGEC certificate is required to sit for naplex and law exams for the state once you are done with the internship hours and now I think there is no state in US where you can sit for the naplex and law exam without FPGEC certificate. Take care

Hi Bigmoonstar, They are paying you at lower rate as it may be because of following reasons: 1) You might not have FPGEC certificate with you. 2) They might have sponsored you for the H1B 3) You are not ready to work or not eligible to work full time hours 4) etc.... What above mentioned reasons relate to you? Please answer. If the Pharmacy chain does not have to sponsor you for H1B, then they usually pay graduate pharmacy intern the highest rate in the market i.e. $35 - $40 / hr, that is what i have read in the pharmacy forum in this website. Yann, how long (years) is your contract with the Walmart? Please answer.
