Land is a valuable resource and it is important to use it effectively. Being a pet lover, if the land I aquired is reasonably large, I propose to use the land as Pet park or Dog park. In present day's life style, pets have become important companions. Building pet parks can bring important changes in a pet's life because pet parks provide pets a place to enjoy and get exercise. Besides, there are very few recreational spots for pets and are quite expensive. In the American style of living with one or at the most two family members, pets can serve as a good companion and have become an important part of life. Pets relieve most of our tensions atlest for a little time by creating a lively environment. But do they get what they deserve for? Pets hate to be in close confinement of house all the time. Pets like dogs need periodical exposure to fresh breeze. They also enjoy the companionship of other pets that come to the pet parks, though it could be a play or a fight. They can develop habits like swimming and running. So, Petparks can become an important recreational area for the pets. In order to maintain sound health, pets need continuous exercise. It is not always feasible to take pets for a walk on roads as there is a grater risk of accidents and escapes. The freedom that is allowed at the parks by unleashing the pets would make them run and play vigorously. Thus, pets can get a reasonably good amount of exercise at the petparks. The can be trained to get good tone of muscles to show them up in various shows. Besides, people who take the dogs to the parks can also benefit by getting good exercise. Apart from above, there are very few recreational spots for dogs and they are out of reach for a middle class family. A day out for a pet would cost a few hundred dollars. There are also no such recreational centers for nearby our community. Building a park can brings an important change. And it can be affordable by paying as little as 30$ for an annual membership. In conclusion, I would prefer to build a Dog park if I ever be provided with land of quite a reasonable size. Afterall, pets are the only creatures making me to live happily.

Parents expect their children behave with descency and repect for elders. But it is the parent's responsibility to provide their children an explanation to judge what is good and what is bad. By the parent's support and advises, a son/daughter can develop important personality characters that every parent would be prouf of. In my opinion, the most important qualities of being a good son/ daughter would be having respect for elders, obedience and loyality and love and affection towards their parents. These qualities have not changed. But parents do not always get what they expect. The most important quality of being a good son is giving respect to parents and other elderly people. Since ancient times, this has been the primary factor of developing a harmonious relationship between parents and children. It is extreemely important for parents to establish and teach their children to respect older generation. Children with veneration can achieve important foundation for building a good character. But today as people are introduced more and more to non-traditional ways of doing things this quality may not endure. Children think that their parents are old fashioned and could not appreciate the way the life really is. Eventually they are loosing respect towards them. It is not that the quality has changed , but the thinking of children of being respectful has been changed. Parents obviously expect their children to obey them and loyal to them, regardless of age. But, today children obey parents untill they attain college age and there after they think they have grown enough to take their own decisions, even against parent's wishes. Children also need to be loyal towards their parents. When a dispute is expected for their parents with neighborhood or other community parents expects their children to side with their own family. Most children support their families against many. Besides,children should have love and affection for their parents to develop a close and harmonious relationship. Children idolize their parents and acquire behaviour from them. It is believed that the most of the spoiled children had gone through parents with no social and ethical values. They develop bad behavior, loose interest to learn at college and eventually develop bad personality. If parents create a positive environment of love and affection , children definitely would develop as good persons. So, respect, obedience, loyality, love and affection are the virtues that are being changed. We may not obey our parents, but can be loyal and respectful to what they deserve. I expect my children to love , obey and loyal to me.

Childhood years of any person make him learn behaviour, recieve lots of love and affection and develop talents. The initial years of life is the time when a person learns how to behave. Also, these years are important to make him know about himself, his family and society. A child's mind is very impressionable and imbibes values and behavior what he sees around him. So, role of the family members and school is of utmost importance in developing good or bad behavior. Childhood years are the years which recieves lot of love, affection and support from their parents and teachers. The children turn out to be mature and emotionally balanced teenagers or adults. On the other hand, if we see childhood of criminals and anti-social elements, most of them must have been gone through tough times as children. They usually deprived of proper care and upbringing. Juvenile delinquents have a history of abuse in their earlier years. Children are always inquisitive and willing to learn. If provided with a stimulating environment in which children can develop talents and learn enjoying their work, they grow into good citizens and can be an asset to the nation. Family is the primary institution in the child's formative years where the parents are the role models for their children. They develop temperment, ethical values and morals in tune with what they see in parents and elder siblings. The type of personality they develops in childhood is difficult to change later. So, I firmly believe that childhood is a vital part in a person's life which plays an important role in shaping future.

Whether TV has destroyed communication among friends and family is a prevalent topic undergoing serious debate for many years. After pondering it from several topics, in my opinion, it is little exaggeration. The effect on communication among friends depends on what type of program is being watched and more importantly what type of viewer. There are many empty programs coming on today's Televion screen which have a storyline just keep the viewers from changing the channels too often. These programs such as sitcoms and soapoperas make passive people to watch for hours without making an effort to think about the progam they are watching. The combination of an empty program and a passive viewer makes the viewer's communication most unlikely among his friends and family friends. Even with good programs passive viewers still won't think better and converse . They actually prefer watching empty programs and enjoy the fact that they do not have to think. On the contrary, the Television is covering a lot of educational and documentary programs which are worth watching. These makes active viewers to think and share what they see with friends, family members and even with strange people. Many of the hot and current issues shown on the Television invites people to blog and express their word on Internet blogging. There are seperate websites with forums on diverse issues invites active people for a dicussion. Besides, students after watching several recreational and sports events, generally share their views with their friends at school. They actually enjoy dicsussing with their friends and build better communication skills an excel in their community and career. Therefore, I would say that television has not destroyed the communication among friends and family. On the contrary, except for the passive viewers, televisioin really promotes the communication.

As a student, I would choose Bicycle as a way transportation as I need to be economical. Further Bycycle can give perfect fitness to the body which anyone requires.

Movies and Television do influence people's behavior. Violence is a special concern for both children and adults watching movies and television. But in my opinion, watching television and movies has an influence both for the better and for the worse on the people's behavior. Movies showing violent acts make people violent too. The more we see the violence the less we become sensitive. Then the violence doesn't seem wrong and make us to commit it. We have come across several incidents of school boys carrying weapons and committing violent acts. We should realize that the consequences of the acts of killing is something permanenet. In movies, actors can be killed and still appear in other movies, which makes us bewildered in understanding the consequences and relating it to reality. Movies and Television brings out a negative inflence on health. Watching TV is a passive avctivity. It makes us less active. If we watch too much, we become lazy both physically and mentally. Eventually, we become unhealthy. We stop using our own imagination. We would rather watch a sports event than play it. We would rather visit characters on the TV sitcoms like friends and Seinfeld than chat with our own friends. Won't it be exciting when we bring our own imagination into our lives? Movies and Television also benefit us by providing a source of vast knowledge. Television broadens the window of the world by showing research advances in various fields of study. Watching TV shows and movies expose us to diverse cultures and races. We can overcome the inner prejudice easily. Besides, war movies like Gladiator and Pearl harbor emphasises the historical aspects of Greek and world politics. Movies like Harry potter and Lord of the rings, which were the movie makes of the books written by famous writers shows the extent of writer's imagination on supernatural powers. The best influence of watching TV is that it relieves much of our stress. TV and movies makes us to escape from our own problems even for a little while. Sometimes they may even show a positive way to solve our problems we all face. They can help us to cope up with our problems not to hide away from our life. It is true that Television and Movies can influence on our behaviour negatively, but they also brings positive changes in our lives. The influence on the behavior depends on how much you watch, what you watch and how you respond to what you watched.

Success is an abstract term, which takes several meanings from different people’s perspectives. Some of the measures of success include happiness, fame, respect and knowledge. Many people believe that large income is the success in their lives, which is a selfish point of view and for sure not true. What is money if you don’t have a loving family to support you, make time to enjoy simple things of life? Nothing. So he had to make extra money from the private tuitions he used to give at home to his students. I know him as most respectful person by his students and fellow teachers. Lastly, the most important indicator to be successful is being knowledgeable. Any person who makes use of what is known to him to solve complex problems will definitely be a successful person When we think of history, there are very few people who are known for their wealth. We remember people who did something with their lives – who were influential in politics, art, science or religion. If history is the ultimate judge of the success, then money isn’t everything.

Eventhough the essay in CBT is exactly similar to the TWE in PBT, I am not able to decide which format of exam to take. I think I feel comfortable with CBT. Is the essay score will be reported separately on the score report of CBT? Please do help in this matter. Looking forward for your help.
