how many integers that you can have for n when n+19 is divisible by n+3.

I am a newbee, can someone shed some light how much time (avg. person) one should spend for the preparation. Also I have seen people reporting their scoreQ(N) and V(N). Are these numbers are scaled score or percentile score?
