thank you olm, i just contacted the program director and he said they are not able to give me the fund now and will contact me when the funding is available again. so i think now i just have to wait for the decisions from other schools as you said

Just received the email notification from the International Student Center of the Graduate School indicating that I am admitted to the PhD program in Applied Economics, but the Admission Director in the department tells me that "We are unable to offer you funding". Anyone has any suggestion that can help me on some level have the opportunity to turn this AD into a OFFER with funding, no matter RA, TA or GA. Many Thanks! Li
