  1. I enjoyed my visit there. The students seemed really friendly and it was obvious that they had a great community there (which was very surprising to me, considering the high attrition). It seemed like the grad students worked together for the first two years, and felt comfortable bouncing ideas off of each other during the dissertation/field paper process.
