In addition, in secondary school, students require some things to relieve their pressure of core academic subjects. Moreover, students at this stage, may turn to make themselves aloof. Learning art and music will require them to interact more and this may forestall this problem. Further in life, students will not feel as deprived of art and music. During secondary school, students are not mature enough and sometimes they took enormous pressure from their core academics. In these situation many take extreme steps such as suicide. If students are learning some things other than their core academics then it would help them to relieve pressure of other core subjects. Sometimes due to pressure of academics, students start keeping themselves from social functions and other cultural events. So learning art and music will encourage them to take part in social and cultural events. Moreover, If students do not have knowledge of art and music, they might feel lack of art and music despite being excellent in their respective field, when they start their professional and social life. If students are being imparted knowledge of art and music in secondary school then this would be helpful through out their college, professional and social life. To sum up, learning art and music at secondary school is opportune. Learning art and music at this stage not only help them to divert their attentions a bit from their hectic core subjects but also could help them to mingle up with other people in their professional and social life.

Some people say that computers have made life easier and more convenient. Other people say that computers have made life more complex and stressful. What is your opinion? In my perception computers have brought a lot many facilities in our life to make our life easier and livable. To begin with, we start using computers from our childhood to play games. Some people thought that computer games have made children introvert and unhealthy as children are not going out for outdoor games. But i think these two problems are less relevant as student go to school and they could play there.In addition computer games save a lot of children's time in going outside and reduce the risk of casualty and minor fight when they go to play outside. Further, computers have revolutionized the field of education. Now days internet is a store for enormous knowledge. Computers are helping students to prepare their presentations, designing the various models in the field of mechanical and civil engineering. Additionally, Teachers also seem to enjoy facilities provided by computers. Using computer slide show, they have to write less on black boards. So teachers could cover more topics in less time. Moreover, Industry seems to take full leverage of computers. Now days few industries maintain paper registers to record day to day operations for its various departments. Now days companies keep everything in secured databases. This computerization of companies' operation not only made the functioning faster but also secured and transparent. For example in earlier days, bank had to hire extra teller and clerks for withdrawal and deposit of money. In addition to it one deposit or withdrawal transaction used to take around 5-10 minutes. Now days computers not only eliminated the requirement of extra staff but also reduced the transaction time to 1-2 minutes. To sum up, computers have been contributing continuously for the good of people. But some people have negative perception about changes computer have brought to lives of people. So it is not that computer have made life more complex but it is the negative thinking of few people about computers. To begin with, most of the people who prefer to pursue their education in colleges offering good placement not quality education.Some colleges are taking the advantage of this inclination and they are more indulge in making the industrial relationship than to devise the ways of increasing the standard of education. Secondly, some people might go to college to get rid of their present monotonous jobs. Who no longer find their jobs exciting might seek a college's help in switching to other profession. As These people do not have relevant work experience in their desired work of area, They have to get some knowledge and certificates before embarking on their new carrier path. Thirdly, Some people are more interested in pursue the knowledge than see the job prospects. They go to college to gain knowledge from the highly qualified professors and peers. These kind of people not only want to improve their academics but also want to learn the other lessons of life such as adjustability in life by living in the same room with some body from a entirely different culture. finally, but not the least, One from a financially secured background might go to college to have fun with friends. Because of their family business, These kind of people might be secured from carrier perspective but they just want to have some degree and fun with friends. So, To put everything in nut shell, impetus sending one to go to college, might be vary on individual basis. But I somebody ask me, why should people attend colleges, I would suggest one should go to college to acquire knowledge. Essay goes like this:- Everything could not be perfect everywhere so are roads of my town. they are in abysmal condition and authority is not paying any heed to them in spite of people facing a lots of problem due to bad roads. If I were given a chance to improve one thing about my town then these are the roads of my town. To begin with, The roads in my town are narrow. It aggravates the traffic congestion problems. Most of the times the roads are jammed and it causes the wastage of extra fuel and more unfortunately people's most precious time, which leads a country to loose its thousands of working hours. If the roads of my towns were wide then it not only saves the precious time and fuel but also averts the possibility of a hundreds of accidents. secondly, the road are in bad shape. They are fraught with potholes. In rainy season, the holes are filled with water and no one knows where are the holes and where is the plane. Then one has to drive in to the holes. It leads to high maintenance cost of vehicles and costs millions of rupees to the people. If the roads were free of potholes, then the maintenance cost could have been saved. Finally, but not the least one is the littering of the roads. Road are littered with the stinking garbage, which make the drive on these roads a nightmare and unhealthy. To avoid more inhaling of smell of stinking garbage, people drive their vehicle faster and some times this causes the accidents. If the road were clean then one could enjoy the driving and led to reduction in the chances of accidents. So putting everything in nutshell, good roads helps in reducing the traffic congestion, possibilities of accidents and loss of millions of rupees of the country. Compare knowledge gained from books with knowledge gained from experience. Since the ancient time people are gaining knowledge from both books and practical experiences. At maximum from books, One could perceive the things in amorphous form but it is the experience which helps one to get the real pictures of the things. In my perception knowledge, which comes from experience is more reliable, persistent, useful. I am adducing my points in below paragraphs. firstly, Sometimes after reading the books we are not able to realize the things as author wanted us to perceive. So we perceive the things in some other different form or way. It makes knowledge from books less reliable. When we get to do the things practically, we perceive and understand the things in exactly the same way as they are. During my graduation, I read Polymorphism in JAVA computer programming language so many times but I was not able to grab it in the way it is. But after my graduation when I started working for software company I came to know about what actually polymorphism is all about.secondly,As the bookish knowledge is gained by just perceiving the things, It fly away just after some days and sometimes even after a few hours. On the other hand, practical knowledge is gained after encountering the things personally so it remains in mind for longer period than bookish knowledge persists. So knowledge from experience is more handy. finally, When some one go to industry in search of a job, it is practical knowledge not bookish which comes in use. Now a days interviewers are behind the questions, which can be answered if these problems are faced by the candidates during their work. Moreover Practical knowledge opens the new ways of relating the other things also when one sometimes come across these things. Although to get our independence we cost the lives of thousands of our brave citizens and felt the agony of being divided in to two countries, but I perceive it was the worth to get the independence. Being Independent for India was necessary for the below reasons. Well, first of all, before Independence people and natural resources of India were continuously exploited by the English rulers. To ameliorate the people's condition, independence was imminent for India. Independence become indispensable for India for development of infrastructure. To effectively using its natural resources, India needed to stop free flux of it's natural resources and this was not possible without independence. Secondly, but equally importantly, Independence was mandatory to have the freedom of speech and freedom of doing. The origination of a lot many industries, which originated post independence and now a days transformed in to mammoth organizations was not possible without independence. Independence gave people of India a freedom to do and think and the result is in front of the whole world. Today India is being looked as one of the fastest growing economies. Student assessing their teachers is effective or not? Some people might think that allowing students to asses their teachers is actually tantamount to not doing good to the teachers ,as students do not have the sufficient knowledge to asses their teachers. As nobody is perfect, so are the teachers. As Students are the persons in college who are mostly in touch with the teachers and students are going to be most affected if intended teaching is not being imparted to the students, so they are the right person to asses their teachers. I am giving below some cogent reasoning to support my stand. Firstly, It is very important to review the academic curriculum periodically, to meet the market demand. When students go to market to get the jobs, they come to know what are the market expectations from the students and what the teachers are teaching in the classes. Students can suggest the courses, which are being expected from student in the market to be included in to the academic curriculum as I did in my college. During my pre final year placement Interview, when I sat in one of the multinational Software company, interviewer started shooting the JAVA language questions on me. As JAVA was supposed to be taught in the final year, I was not able to answer in my interview. I suggested my teachers to include the JAVA in pre-final year academic schedule, so that it might be beneficial for the students in later years. Secondly, some teachers are enormously intelligent but lacks in communications so teachers' knowledge will not be of any use to students. So if students give a inkling to their teachers about this weakness and he is able to improve it then teacher's knowledge could be imparted effective manner and it will be beneficial to hundreds and thousands of students in future. Further, some subjects are very hard and boring to study. So if a teacher is not able to motivate the students towards the subject then it is not even worth sitting in a classroom. So informing the teachers that students are not being motivated by the present course material or teaching style then it could be helpful to teachers to think of the new techniques to make the students interested in the subject. So to conclude, There is no harm in assessment of teachers by their studens. In fact it can help teachers to enhance their communication skills, teaching styles, course materials and assignments. In fact when teachers teach properly then they not only enjoys the respect of the student and their peers but also get good promotions and healthy salaries.
