Hi singjuba, Thank you. And sorry for my late reply. I have been out of the country for a while. Anyways, I got my FPGEC certificate approximately 4 weeks after I got my TOEFL score report. And after I got my certificate and completed all the necessary requirements for the internship application at the California State Board of Pharmacy, it took about 3-4 weeks before I got the actual intern license. Hi singjuba, Congratulations to you! God is really good. To answer your question, I have contacted several pharmacies while I was waiting for my intern license. What they told me is that I can submit my resume' to their website but can only entertain my application when my license is with me already. Because she said that they will need my license information. Good luck to you.....

Congrats again. You are very lucky. I am assuming that you are Filipino like me. That's what I've heard about those sign in bonus also. You have to work for them for 3years. I wanted to consider taking PTCB also but I am worried that if ever I get lucky and be certified, I would face the same problem that I have right now... no one would hire me. So its gona be the same. I still have to wait and wait. Anyways, thank you for the information that you shared. good luck to you and hopefully we all pass and become RPh. :)

Hi blowingsoul, Congratulations! You are very lucky to be starting as a graduate intern soon. I live in San Francisco. So, you took the pharmacy technician certification exam first, ryt? I have been calling and asking pharmacies if I can work as a technician first while waiting for my intern license, but they told me that they are not hiring right now and even if they do, I still have to be certified. It is very stressing to know that after all the hard work to pass all the exams, you still have to deal with the job hunting issues. :hmm: One more question though. Do you know if all the retail pharmacies here in northern CA offer sign-in bonus to graduate interns? Did you get yours before the buy out?
