From what I know, you register thro' NABP's site, select the state of interest, select if you are doing a score transfer also. It is better to register for MPJE also at the same time, but you don't have to write the exam at the same time.
Once you meet all the required criteria by your state, NABP will send you an e-mail asking you to create a profile at Pearson Vue's site. Then you will get another e-mail with your ATT numbers, then you can go ahead and schedule the tests. (Make sure that you give our e-mail address as the method of communication when you register for NAPLEX/MPJE)
