Hi guys, how do you think is the relative performance of the economics programmes at UPF vs. Warwick vs. Oxford vs. Cambridge vs. LSE Especially concerning macroeconomics/economic growth. Any ideas?

i have first hand experience on the upf graduate program. in my opinion, the biggest problem of the program ist that i) econometrics teaching is quite weak ii) the facilities are really bad. the library is a total catastrophe. i have never something like this before. they do not even have standard textbooks.

Hi, I have first-hand experience on UPF. (Attended a master there). Firstly, their faculty is really impressive, that´s right. However, a HUGE drawback is that the "study environment" at UPF is extremely bad. For example, the library is a complete joke. They do not even have standard textbooks (Romer, Mas-Collel etc.) I have no idea why. However, this probably doesn´t matter for a summer school.
