Erin, your command over gmat stuff is really amazing. It wud be a great help if u could throw some light on this issue.
Does a phrase modify the noun immediately preceding it, or does it modify the first independant noun preceding it?
In Qn 120 below, why isnt 'establishing' modifying sultan?
