Why do you need to renew your intern license? I think if you are done with your internship then you can't renew your license, however, you can renew your license if you fail the test four times. I read this thing on board's website because my license was expired in march and I wanted to renew it for my job. Anyway, you can call CA board of pharmacy and conform with them.
