Own a business or under an employer. Some people prefer working for a company, while other likes to own a company. If given an option I would like to own a company, given all the risk and hard work that it demands. The three major reasons for my opinion would be higher profit, employment generation and personal satisfaction. Although starting or running a company requires a lot of investment, management and hard work added to the risk. If successful yields a lot of profit. As lion's share of profit goes to the owner. Owning a company also gives the freedom to choose the people associated with the company such as the dealers, clients etc who play vital role in the success of the company. Employees don't get this freedom. Also all the company policies are in the hands of the owner. Basically the owner dictates how the company functions. A company needs people; these people are appointed by the owner. Running a company can help provide employment opportunities to many. Providing the employees with proper facilities such as health care and family welfare, would result employee satisfaction which in turn would yield better result. As an owner one need not follow orders. It also gives higher status in society. One can become influential and can use it for good. H/She is not under pressure from the top authority and can plan work according to his/her own convenience. Some time an employee is given too work more than h/she can handle. So all in all it is hard to run a company as it requires lots of efforts. But the perks of owning a company surpasses all the opportunities one get as an owner such as providing employment, making company polices and most importantly not having say as an employee that " I can run this company better". thank you for the assessment Is this topic difficult it took me more than 30 min.

With the help of technology students now a days can learn more and learn more quickly Technology has become an integral part in a student’s life. Students are able to learn more and learn faster. It is helping students in many ways some the most important are by providing learning tools, online classes and various web resources. Learning tools play a vital role in providing a very creative and imaginative learning experience. Tools like over head projector (OHP), LCD projector and software like power point have replaced conventional use of black board. This has resulted in concise use of language and also use of pictures and videos to create a deep understanding of the concept. The use of laptops and other devices such as pda etc have made note taking easier, all the class notes can now be organized with minimum effort. Some learning tools help students with disability learn with less effort, one example can be a voice recognizing software, a student who is unable to use his/her hand can use this tools. Online classes have revolutionized the learning process. It has given opportunities to many who thought they could never finish their education. Online courses are inexpensive and easy way to learn for people who cannot afford to go to college and for those who have to work fun-time. Also students in the university can interactive and learn from professors from different parts of the world. ETH Zurich also called the Swiss federal institute of technology offers state of the art online interaction sessions where professor and students from different fields and work areas virtually come together and dicuss a problem Web resources such as Wikipedia, science direct have made the learning processes endless, Students can get information on almost anything on these web resources, one more advantage that these resources offer is the option to add information. Students can update these resources on their own, which would help their peers. These days’ web resources have become vital in a research project; it helps students know the kind of research that is going on in their field. Technology has changed they way students learn, it has helped the learning process much easier and in everybody’s reach. Technology will continue to enhance the process of learning and help people realize that “knowledge is power". thank you for your time.
