Thank you for your detailed explaination. Nothing on the NABP website suggests that it should matter how others do on the test.
And I totally agree with you about moving on with our lives......we all deserve it..
Good luck!!

UOTE=pharmasister88;903329]I heard otherwise, that it is best to take it around June. That around 98% of test takers that time pass. Not that I think this is entirely true.
Neither is the rumor that taking it with new grads make the test tougher and hence, gives you a lower score. That kind of scoring is PERCENTILE SCORING where, let's say,
the top 1% of the population (of test takers) gets a score of 99+ or 100
the next 1% gets 99 score
next 1% 98
and so forth and so on...
Percentile could not possibly apply in the NAPLEX since percentile needs a popultaion (N)
which NAPLEX essentially does not have since anyone eligible can take it anytime (so population is open = cannot be determined = practically infinite);
therefore NAPLEX can't do percentile where they'll determine top 1%, next 1% etc...
NAPLEX is SCALED SCORE which... honestly, I don't fully understand. Sorry.
I just know I want to overcome this test and finally, God-willing, move on with my life as a licensed US Pharmacist!
So let's go my co-pharmacists! Lets help one another see each other on the other side!
