  1. This is a tough question and I just do not know how to go abut this. I have pasted the complete question
  2. I am not sure of the program you want to choose as this is your personal choice but your profile is definately diverse and if you are targeting the top 50 rather than the top 20 then you have a good enough score. You need to decide what is right for you and I think the first thing you need to do is to give yourself time and understand where you went wrong. Dont pressurize yourself with 31 days. relax, think about it, take your time, feel confident and then hit it.
  3. Not much. You can move from a 650 to 610 but not from 700 to 610. But yes a drop from 650 to 610 is also huge Dont underestimate yourself. If you think you can you surely will. Just take a break, gather yourself and start This depends on the school you are targeting and your profile. Share more info with us and we might be able to help you. Top 20 might not like the score but for others this should be fine if you have a good enough profile
  4. Great score Krovvidy.. Congrats and All the Best
  5. Yes OG 10 are reall GMAT questions.. the old ones of course.. also you have the valid explanations for them. so IMO first finish OG 10 and then go for 1000 SC. 1000 series is for practice, OG is for concepts and you first get a hang of the concepts and then you move towards practicing. OG OG OG is the key Try revising it once.. it will help .. 2 or 3 revisions of the same book will help you get a better hang of the subject. This should be the last thing to do. Dont think of this till you have not done your OGs and some more basic practice.. you can keep this book aside for a month I guess. First OGs and then anything else.. HTH
  6. Think about Kaplan 800 later. this comes once you have MASTERED OG and other online material. This is tougher than the real gmat so think about it in Feb if needed. Forget it now.. Think about Princeton, Manhattan and Kaplan Premier now
  7. your are welcome.. we will all be happy to see you smiling with a good score. you have hit the bulls eye buddy :) keep going. It is a soft copy.. just the way we have 1000 series for SC and CR we have for DS also. However, I am not sure if this is good to do .. But OG is the best.. Do all the Quant OG and then you are good to do.. you can google GMAT maths and you will find many online stuff for practice.. do them to get a hang of it and then you should start with TM Questions. Get basic maths to get the basic right and then practice OG Quant and then the TM questions which will help you understand the tricks of DS. Great Idea All The Best.. March you will come out with Flying colors if you study hard these 4 months. :)
  8. Did you finish OG. OG quant has some good quant to start with. They have covered the fundamentals. you can try 4gmat as well. If you have time.. the best source is Google.. take your weak topic and google it for 2 hours and then make your own notes... this is the best book... you remember your notes the most. Do the OG and then 1000 series. DS needs practice which OG and 1000 series can give you. Do OG 10 and 11 twice if needed.. dont do.. UNDERSTAND.. there is a difference.. read the explanations of the questions you get incorrect and the ones you get right. ..Powerscore Bible is the best for CR get it ... you will ace the test next time buddy so these are the grey areas for me....hope u can help me and reply soon
  9. I am sure you will do well next time... first find out what went wrong.. concepts, confidence, time management, health, focus... second find out if you scored XYZ in your practice test why was it XYZ. .. again what went wrong.. i guess depending on your weakness we can suggest things appropriate to you
  10. great score and a great profile with quality work experience.. your test center experience was bad. ..i think you can write to gmac and complain as gmac has a policy on the quality of test centers...
  11. Before being simplified, the insturctions for computing Income tax in country R were to add 2 percent of one's annual income to the average of 100 units of country R's currency and 1 percent of one's annual income. WHich of the following represents the simplified formula for computing the income tax, in R's currency for a person in that country whose annual income is I 50 + I/200 50 + 3I/100 50 + I/40 100 + I/50 100 + 3I/100
  12. great score and thanks for this.. It is good to know "Just do the OG and Gmat prep qs over and over again and try to understand where you go wrong. The real gmat tests the same rules. Trust me, there is basically nothing new in the real gmat." Thanks Buddy.
