    thanks for ur quick reply........
  17. "While most of the environmental problems we face result from the use of technology, society must depend upon technology to find solutions to these problems." The issue deals with the most debatable topic of the today's world. We all know that we can not live without technology since it seems an impossible thing for us.Though recent technology has changed our life completely, we all agree with its adverse effect on our life too.And we have to depend upon it to find the solution for the problems created by itself. No one can deny the fact that advanced technology & science improved our life, life style and provided so many facilities which one can not even imagine before 500 years ago.The computer, internet, automobile industry, mobile phones, etc. can be stated as the main innovations of this century. Can anyone imagine how our life is dull and boring without all this? The world become narrower day-by-day,we can communicate the person with the use of a mouse-click or just dialling few numbers. For example, we wake up in the early morning until we go bed again,we are dependable on the technology. Thus, it became an inevitable part of our life. When there is an advancement in technology, there is also its counter effect.Good and bad things can not be segregated. Both are just like the two sides of a coin. For example, nuclear technology introduced a big threat for the environment, the nuclear waste.Noise, air& water pollution are also becoming a great challenge to overcome since all have so many adverse effects on the environment and also on the creatures living in it.We are facing the effects of global warming more and more in today's world such as flood, drain, seasonal changes, temperature rise on the earth, etc. To overcome all these problems,we have to use the technology itself. Through the use of technology,we can avoid problems like flood & drain by storing the water in the dams & water channels which can be useful in the future. We are using A.C. and coolers to prevent the effects of temperature rise and can be relax. To avoid the effects of global warming, green houses are built and green house plants are grown in it.Noise pollution can be prevented by using new technological gadgets, which have the capacity of producing low decibel voice.Air pollution can be avoided with the use of CNG and sunlight instead of LPG & diesel. The effect of water pollution can be minimized by filtering the polluted water and again using it.Nuclear wastes are removed safely and made such that it can be no more detrimental to the heath of the people. All this can be done only with the help of technology. Thus,Technology is like boomrang,a weapon which returns back to its thrower. In conclusion,We have to depend on the technology to overcome the adverse effects raised by it.Just like we are using the vaccines for resistance against the bacteria, society has to use technology as our weapon to resist the challenges produced by itself.
