Thanks every body for your valuable suggestions. I am graduating from UAB.

Thanks Luma and CalmLogic. I have thought of giving up UTK and plan to enroll in UAB. I don't know how this decision will effect my future.

I have finally published my profile below: GRE-1300(780-Q, 520-V, 3.5 W) Toefl-101 BE Aggregate:-86.02%(among top two university topper) Country-International Actually UAB has offered me research on Software Engineering,one of my area of great interest but not fixed about the research area in UTK. Besides,I have my senior studying in UAB in CS department and he can act as guardian for me and help in everything. If I decide to go UAB, will my decision be totally wrong? I want some conviencing reasons. Please help me including all the possible factors that can be considered.

My profile is not published anywhere..but I am in great dilemma which university to select..going to UAB will be foolish rejecting UTK??Please help me.

I got admission from both UTK and UAB with full financial assistantship for PhD study in Computer Science Department. I am really confused which university to choose for my graduate study. Both universities are offering me similar funding on my interest area. I would like to get help how to select the right university because the deadline is approacing very soon and I have only less than a week left for making final decision. What are the chances of job after completing masters in those universities?

Thank you a lot for your informative reply. I really think that UAB is great for me rather than CSU. I think I will go for UAB to complete my 5 years master+PhD. Thank you a lot for clarifying that ranking is no more important as it's just a digit.

Thanks a lot for the reply. UAB has also offered me a good financial aid i.e. Research Assistantship with 19.5k/year...I really have to toss the coin. Are those universities similar in ranking regarding Computer Science? Please can you tell me something about them. I will be waiting for the reply. And Best of Luck to you also.

I have been accepted from both of the universities i.e University of Alabama,Birmingham and Colorado State University in Computer Science for Phd study. I have been offered full financial assistantship in both of the universities. I am in real dilemma which one to select. So please I need your suggestions as soon as possible because the deadline for accepting or rejecting is approaching soon.
