Hi divakar, A lot of downloads are available now a days, you can try out any of these downloads. The total score of GMAT is 800, It contains 78 multiple choice questions and 2 essays. GMAT needs a lot of practice, the best way to prepare is to take lots of practice tests, so you get used to the format. There is a site named examville.com that has lot of good and new features. It has got a lot of study materials free to download. You can take as many GMAT tests as you want to improve your score. You can check your score and see the review page with answers and explanations. It is a very helpful site having a Q&A and a classroom section among some other good features. Try it.
