Applicants must take the TOEFL iBT at an Educational Testing Service® (ETS®) test center located within one of the NABP member and associate member jurisdictions including the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, nine Canadian provinces, two Australian states, and New Zealand. The FPGEC will no longer accept TOEFL iBT score reports from international ETS test site locations.

I send it on Sep 2008. The UK bank will issue a foreign draft and was in dollars -mine was from citibank US.

I passed FPGEE with a score of 75. so I am not sure how much it will be useful to you of what materials I studied. I focussed mainly of CPR and hadn't got the time to study it for second time..Just read once.Read biochemistry, physiology, microbiology -wee bit, statistics (from remington) and immunology. I believe a focussed study on these areas will help you clear the exam.

I got 75!!! It was my first attempt. It's been 7 yrs since I graduated.Thanks to those of you who has posted valuable information on FPGEE. Books I studied..CPR Six edtn as the primary choice and some basics(mainly biochemistry,statistics and physiology.

CPR chapters 37 to 57 will help you to know 70% of the 35% clinical studies.
