Rite aid is not willing to take us even as pharmacy tech !! they believe that we will use the hours for intern-ship.

Any body has any luck in getting intern position/tech in NC? Please let know if you have any leads..i have been trying for last 3 months and no luck at all!! I am stressed and not sure what to do now:(

It should be available atleast By the end of this month ....waiting for the result is the most painful thing!!.....i don't know why they take so much time even after making it online??

It is not required but recommended if you want to land in a job quickly. You need to talk to the pharmacy manager where you are appling! Good luck!

Hey! How long can we work as an intern? is there any time point by when you should have cleared NAPLEX? If you do not clear NAPLEX in time will they move you back to Tech position? just wondering?? any thoughts?:hmm:

NABP has now posted in their website that scores will be available by 6 to 8 weeks. So i am hoping it would be available by MAY end or bit eralier as it was a online exam.:rolleyes:

Will it take 8 weeks for the result to come?? i hope it comes with in 5-6 weeks like last time.:rolleyes:

I am not sure...usually exams taken via pearson are always made available by 2 weeks..lets see...Goodluck!

Hey! Nothing to worry...i had talked to many who had passed FPGEE. The main book they studied is CPR and now recently all are using Dutta. That would be enough for FPGEE inaddtion Mannon would serve as a revision. Good luck!

Hi All, For the management part i refered the manon shroff and it is very little just few Law and hardly 1 to 2 chapeters...is that all required for managemet? or is that i need to refer to other books?

Hey! Many guys u took exam recently say the calculations in the CPR is just enough..there is no much Q in calculations...is that true for most of the exams? Is the chemical stucture an important area to focus??

i Guess many states do that.......but employers prefer you to have a equalency certificate...especially the big ones

But if you need to do post BS PharmD here, i guess you need to have a pharmacist license in any one of the US state...for that you again require FPGEE! Only way out is complete M.pharm from India and take FPGEE. I heard they are fine with 4+2 pattern..but pls confiem b4 u start!! All the best!

i dont think it will create any trouble to your PC if you have a good anti virus software running...but it is up to you. Rip the Cd to the Pc and try opening...hope it will help. can you please let meknow how long did it take for the CD+book to come after ordering it online?

What exactly is the trouble? try to copy the content to desktop and try... How long did the package take to arrive from 2CO?

Do we get calculators while testing in Pearson Vue? I took TECH exam they did give....hope they give for FPGEE also; other wise it is going to be very difficult!! I am using CPR for my preparation; the Pharmaceutical calc is only one chapter..is that enough?
