Without evidence that the student in this study reflect the overall students in that district, the author cannot draw any firm conclusion from this study which is unreliable. A third problem in this argument is the author unfairly assume that the Omni State University should be ready for the further teachers to teach high school Latin, in order to ensure that the students receive a better education in logic and critical thinking as well as increase the percentage of our high school students who graduate from college. This conclusion suffers two problems at least. First, Omni State University may not be good at Latin study, if so, they cannot prepare future teachers well. Or if we need teachers to teach high school Latin, we can accept teachers from other university where the Latin study is so good enough to teach our high school Latin. Secondly, to increase the percentage of our high school students who graduate from college has little to do with our Latin course. Similarly, to ensure that the students receive a better education in logic and critical thinking may be have another way to achieve this goal. Without ruling out the other considerable solution program, the author cannot persuade us that Omni State University should start an intensive plan to prepare our future teachers to teach high school Latin. To sum up, this argument is unpersuasive as it stands. To bolster this conclusion, the author should provide strong evidence that Latin study is really helping student perform well in their college life as well as their logic and critical thinking. To further support it, the author should ruling out the other solutions of dealing with the teachers of high school's Latin education.

At the first glance, this conclusion seems plausible, and scrutiny carefully would find it inconvincible in several ways. First of all, the speaker unfairly assumes that the two manufacturing companies which move to Dillton is the result of the changing policy in Dillton. Perhaps, these two companies is planning to move Dillton before the changing policy for that Dillton have a good investing environment or some other factors which attract them coming Dillton. Even if these two companies relocating in Dillton is the result of that policy, the two companies are not representative of all the companies in our country. Without sound evidence that this policy would attract more and more companies relocating in Dillton, the speaker could not draw a conclusion that this policy would improve the condition of economy. Secondly, even if the two manufacturing companies which moves to Dillton is the result of the changing policy in Dillton, the speaker unfairly assume that the same situation would happen in Beauville as well. Without other evidences, it is entirely possible that the Beauville has already has a very good policy to attract the company to relocate here. And the bottleneck of economic development in Beauville would the less population or some other factors. Without direct evidence that the same measure in Beauville would cause the same destination, the speaker is hard to persuade me that the same measure should execute in Beauville. Thirdly, the speaker unfairly assume that the fastest way for Beauville to stimulate economic development and hence reduce unemployment is to execute the same policy execute in Dillton. Maybe other policy would contribute more to stimulate the economic development in Beauville. And at the same time, I have to point out one fault cause and effect relationship in this statement, the economic development sometimes could not reduce unemployment. For example, the company relocating in Beauville is a high technique enterprise needing less people or a big company bringing his own employment. The speaker did not give us the exact evidence that these changing in policy would bring Beauville a good economy, it hard to convince us that the policy is the fastest way to better our economy in Beauville. But scrutinizing them we would find, in our everyday life, both of tradition and modernization are influence on our view and behavioral. For example, a man living in a city which is very modernization maybe go to church once a week to pray, to be preached which is a very tradition behavioral. Therefore, we cannot divide these two clearly and distinctly. Tradition uses his own force to affect our everyday life when we enjoy the material life in this more and more developing modern society. This is the iron rule in our universe. However, in this high degree of advantage technique, to some extent, our society needs more cooperation than competition. In this world, the technique knitting the earth with the telephone and internet, people getting more and more close, nowadays, human gradually give up the tradition way, which people all live by themselves, they farming by themselves, they housing by themselves, and they cooking by themselves, and transform their lifestyle to a more cooperating path which people living interdependent with each other. In this process of exchanging, although competition makes a major role in it, cooperation is the leading force in this process. Due to the cooperation, people can complete their exchanging process smoothly, and people can product commodities more smoothly and less technique for that the modern industrial dividing the process of producing into many steps which can reduce the requirement of workers as well as increase the effect of production. Last but not the least; we have to observe the both sides of the coin--competition and cooperation. In my opinion, they are twins, and if we can arrange them properly, it can do us good and bring us more and more benefit than we can imagination. But to the contrary, the society would become impasse and never run again. For example, in the election, the two candidates should be more competition than cooperation, it is time for them to compete with each other, through this show, we can distinguish who is well-equip candidate, and who is not. But after we make our decision, they should be cooperating more that competing. It is the spirit that makes our country run, make our industry smooth. In my opinion, art or sciences are rooted in our everyday life, and we just seek or research a new way to approach the success summit, no matter what methods we used. First, admittedly, we have to accept this fact that if we study the successful cases first, we may be more ready to discover new things in the field of art or science. Studying the case, not only teaches us the way which approaches the successful terminate point, but also prepares for us the material basement to conquer the difficulties we met in the way to the summit of science or art. Last but not the least, "Failure" says the proverb "is the mother of success." That means we can success through the failure we met in our researching or creative works. There are many examples of verifying this proverb which dating back thousands of years before. First and foremost, politic has his function working in our society life, and it takes a foundation role in our daily life. Without politic, it is impossible for us to communicate with each other orderly and efficiently. Without politic, it is impossible for us to live in this world safely and happily. Without politic, our government would become a less force and could not take his administration part in our commerce and political life. At abroad, politic is a apparel of our lovely nation and protect us from harm of anther country. At home, politic would deal with the paradox among the different people, different religions and different races. And anarchy would cause disorder and disarrangement situation in domestic. From the foregoing history, we can take a lot of examples which politic take an important part in all aspects of people's lives. It promotes human right, human dignity, and human equal at least in those democratic countries. It really brings us some benefit, and leads us toward the happy and well-being future. Take, for example, the conflict between the black and the white, the woman and the man in America. Without the function of politic, today, slavers still exist in our independent, beautiful and peaceful country, women are still suffering a lower status of society, earning little money of offering same labor and occupying foundation position in the company even having a higher competency. From these instances, politic is so much destructive as a boon to our humankind. Last but not the least, just as I said above, however, politic has its own defection. And if we ignore or omit it, it would cause a lot of evil and scarce affairs to our human being, threatening our everyday quiet and harmony life and ruining our right living in this world peacefully and happily. Admittedly, I am sorry to say that, sometimes, to the adolescent who think that rituals and ceremonies are outdate and worth nothing. It is fact that juvenilia has more creative and more motivation to sense who they are in their own style or idea. They are just in the age that seeking their values, building their lifestyle and shaping their view of the comose and it is their rights to skeptic the old things that they never meet and learn before. However, with the time flying, most of them would grow up and consider rituals and ceremonies which deep in the root of their childhood life are reflection of their inner world. They believe the rituals would bring fortune or luck to them or their families, and they trust that ceremonies are necessity in our every day life and can unify the people who share the same culture together to celebrate the day or the ethos unique belonging to them and their ancestors. For example, in China, every year when in Middle Autumn Day, people would gather together to celebrate their festival and told stories of the alone and vanity girl in the moon which the other countries would make it a normal day and never give an eye to it. Subsequently, rituals and ceremonies would help us to recognize each other and form their own unique and special culture. It is a symbol, a faith, a power which bonds them together. Every ethic has his own culture, and therefore we can distinct them from their rituals and ceremonies. For example, if a man who believe the Muslim is a Jew. And a woman who believes Buddhism is a Buddhist. Through different diverse ritual and ceremonies, people foster their faith and enforce the sense of who they are. For thousands of millions years, people fight for each other sometimes just their different faith. And I think therefore the sense of who they are is more important than any nature resource, than any territory. Yet, in it, the rituals and ceremonies take a major role and we by no means ignore the force of them. Last but not the least, without rituals or ceremonies, it is very easy for people to forget their ancestors or their custom which keeps their living more meaningful and more valuable. Without the rituals, the saga of their forefathers would lose because no one would talk it in an inappropriate day or place. Without the ceremonies, human being would lose their relationship between identified and identifying of each other. They would live without knowing each other who shares the same ethos, the same air, and the same culture. Take the inauguration of American president for example, thousands of millions people gather together to listen the speech of the president, if without this ceremonies, people would not know who their president would be, who would lead them toward a happy future, and who would protect them from the harm of alienation. It therefore would diminish their sense as a citizen of the Unite State of America, and lose their tradition of freedom and liberty. To sum up, from the forgoing discussion, it is evidence that culture is shaped by rituals and ceremonies which take a important part in people daily life and form their sense of who they are. When you are in the wrong side, such as when you are a Nazi or a Fascist, I think, in this condition or situation, loyalty would appear his evil face and destroy you, and throw you to the dark hell. Every coin has two sides, and we can not deny this fact that if we are blind to believe in loyalty a virtue in our every day life, and keep it a dogma or doctrine when we are in the dark side of the society, of the community, of the human being, we would make a big mistake, and regret of the behavior of ourselves. On the other hand, however, we have to say that sometimes a person interest or appetite would reflect his political beliefs very distinctly. If we pay more attention to the people around us, we would find that a democratic person would no have interesting to the republic's police, and a republic would ignore the paper which wrote by the democratic. All these things combined together, a perspective man could tell the difference between these two. Subsequently, from the respect of shaping personal, we can simply from one's talking or laughing tell who he or she is within a very short time. People develop their personality from their childhood, and in this process, the environment around affect him, and play an important and essence part in this process. For example, a democratic would have less friends of republic than of democratic. This is because from his childhood, all who he contacts with are mostly democratic, in the meeting, in the classroom, in the party, so he has no chance to meet the friends of republic. Or we can distinct it from his talk, a republic not knowing the police of republic is unbelievable, just like a Christine does not read the Bible. The more he know, the more possible he talk, he can not talk something he is unfamiliar with. Above all, he like it, he is interested in it, so he likes to propaganda its police, its attitude, and its future. All these issue attract him, so if we want to tell somebody's political beliefs, talking to him just a few minutes, we can sense the obviously incline in his talking. Last but not the least, when we judge some people, we should keep our neutral and clear. We should know a lot of common sense about the relationship between their apparel and their political beliefs. If we have not enough knowledge of how to judge a person, I think, we might possible try to judge a person so offence. It is very possible for us confuse ourselves in the game of judging people. Take, for example, the clothes they wear, if a person wear a clothes of picture of donkey, if you do not know the symbol of Democratic Party, you would be impossible to judge him clearly. Or, if a person has less friends of democratic, you should be careful to classify him a republic, maybe he just a people who does not like to contact with the outside world. There is a common logic in it when we justify some people. We cannot judge a person so fast, if we lack the basic logic and common sense. It needs us to accumulate the detail of judging person, the common sense of different political beliefs---their attitude toward the police, their slogan, their spirit, and so on. Therefore, if you have enough experience to judge a person what political beliefs he has, you can identify a person's incline quickly and clearly, however. All in all, basing on the rich experience of identifying a person's attitude toward the politic, we can classify a person just from their clothes, the friends they contact with, the content they talk and even the food they eat. But, at last, being careful before you judge a person, it is very important for you living smooth in this identifying and identified relationship.

But, I think, even they sometime make some mistake, we can not ignore that if we let the noble or the learned people make the major policy, it would cause more disaster than the public. Let us consider this condition. Because they have more information and higher intelligent, they therefore become more authority, and have more reputation. If, they perform nice, there is nothing happened. People believe them, trust them, and do as they told. But if they perform badly, they would cause worse consequence than any other people. I think the book of history would tell me a lot of things like this, for example, in the Feudal society, in China, when at the end of one dynasty; the government actually makes a lot of mistakes to accelerate their end. There are a lot of them, here; I do not list them all. All in all, I still insist that the democracy is better than the aristocracy for that democracy would promise more right of human, would do less mistake in the policy decision, would supervise the government effectively to keep them work rightly.
