Hi, I am very close to finishing my master's in Electrical Engineering from South Dakota State University. My GPA is 3.8. I was just wondering my chances for getting into top notch universities for PhD. I certainly want to get into one of the top 10-15 univs. Almost three years back I scored 1350 (Quantitative = 750, Verbal = 600 and Analytica = 4). I am taking GRE again to (hopefully) improve my score. Please write back with your thoughts on my chances. It would be a great help. Thanks a lot.
