Hello. I'm currently pursuing a B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering. After 5 semesters, my aggregate percentage is 62. I had a backlog in the 5th semester and I have it still because I intend to clear it in the 6th semester. Does it matter? Do you guys think I should even consider applying to universities like UC at Boulder for Fall '10 (because then, it'd show as an active backlog)? My GRE score is 800 Q, 700 V and 4.5 AWA. Haven't appeared for the TOEFL yet.
Other Details
Standard 10 - 89%
Standard 12 - 85%
Also, I guess a better option would be to clear the paper and apply for Spring 2011 with a better aggregate. What do you think?
With an active backlog, what are the "safe" universities in and around Colorado for an Embedded Systems course?
It'd be awesome if people replied. :) Thanks.
PS: I did search the forums, and I didn't exactly find answers to these questions. Hence the post.
