Hey Iv heard a teaching job can help get a TA , esp if you apply for PhD..how true is that??

Hi. I have done my Compuet Engineering from Mumbai University in June 2008. I have a gpa of about 3.7/4. I also gave my GRE and got 1480 and 118/120 in Toefl. I had gone to georgia Tech for MS in Finance for 1 sem, however I didnt really like the course (not my cup of tea) so i came back. Now i wanna reapply for MS , but in CS or its related fields. I have worked as an grad assistant in Gatech. I wanted to know which colls would it be possible for me to get an admit into with aid. I would really like to know which colls will offer aid or RA/TA. i have also taken up some certification courses in JAVA and .NET. will those help? I really need guidance and would appreciate a reply. Thanks Kiran
