Thanks for the response. I would (somewhat arbitrarily) rate my LORs as fair. I have research experience with two of the professors and assume that all of the letters will be strongly favorable, but I am also at a relatively unknown university. I am not entertaining thoughts on top ten schools, but more for mid-ranked universities.

I am entering my 4th year as an undergrad and currently only have Calc I/II as math classes. I plan on taking as much as possible this next year; Linear Algebra, Calc III, Probability in the fall, and Math Stats and one or two more in spring. I am considering applying to graduate schools in the fall, but worried because of how little math will be on my transcript. Would it be more reasonable to wait a year to apply, and possibly take more math in the meantime? Is there any stigma attached to staying an extra semester? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
