hey everyone I have taken Toefl 3 for times and still couldn't get my desired result. Has anyone here written the IELTS test before? If so please share your experiences, things such as, how do you find it? is it harder than toefl? and etc. thanks in advance

Hi everybody, I wrote the test on March 20th 2010. I got a acceptable score on reading, listening, and writing. But I got 15 in speaking and the university is requiring a minimum score of 20. Now, if I do the re-score, would it really bring up my mark? Does it worth spending $60. Help from those who have experience in this field is highly appreciated. ;) thanks
