Hello, wallflower! Just received my FPGEC too, as I am not in the US like you, we need to request for a finger print card from the California BOP. All you have to do is to indicate your address which you could do it by registering online in their website. There's a link there where you could be directed. If you have a working visa already, it would be easier for you to do your internship. As for me, I am still finding an employer to petition me. It's a hurdle for me, but, am still pursuing.. Good luck for us.

Does anyone know the normal time frame for the FPGEC to issue a certificate? Been waiting for my certificate for a long time now. i suspect that problem might be on the submission of the Toefl Ibt score by the ETS. I didn't indicate the code number of the FPGEC (9103), and only put NABP (with address) as my score recipient. Would this be the cause of the delay? Does anyone here had the same experience and how were u able to resolve it?
