  1. I've noticed a handful of secondary definitions on various practice tests that are not on any of the common word lists. I'm a bit worried about encountering some of these on the actual GRE. Does anyone know how frequently words like these are seen on the verbal? Is it rare to even have one of these on the actual test? Thanks
  2. The title pretty much says it all. What's a good online dictionary for word definitions, antonyms and synonyms? I've used Merriam-Webster and dictionary.com but they seem to vary on synonyms and antonyms.
  3. I'm planning on taking the GRE next summer (1 year from now) and I plan on memorizing a ridiculous amount of vocab words. What are some of the more comprehensive lists and where can I find them? I'm talking about lists of 3000-4000 or more of more commonly used vocab words. I know about the Barron's list but I'm confused about where to find it. I know it is a list of 3500ish vocab words, but which book contains it? Amazon.com: Barron's GRE: Graduate Record Examination (9780764179495): Sharon Weiner Green, Ira K. Wolf: Books Is it this one? My final question is about yearly GRE book revisions. Will the vocab lists usually remain the same for the books each year or should I look for more recent vocab lists? Thank you
