Hi Ankash, If you want to seek licensure in CA, just go to the ca state board of pharmacy website and print out the application for pharmacist licensure and follow the directions. You don't need to send intern hours to NABP, just the CA BOP; again, just follow the applicaton's instruction. You would also need to register with the NABP in order to take your test once the BOP approves your application. Hope this helps!
