The issue stated by the topic is weather or not parents should make important decisions for their teenager children. This is a very important issue it has to tell that what kind of decisions can make by the teenager. In my opinion, I believe that parents should make important decisions because teenage is a very important time period for their children.
The reason I prefer that parents should make important decisions for their children because teenagers are not yet mature enough for making such important decisions. An example- If a teenage child makes some decision, then there will be some probability that the decision could be wrong, and this decision reflects some bad effect in their life. So parents should make some important decisions.
Furthermore, I think parents should make decisions for their children because teenage is an only time period, where a teenager can indulge in some bad activities. At that time all the children are either studying in school or just passing out from school. They don’t know about the real world, and they easily indulge in some activity like smoking and drinking. If their parents are able to choose their school and friends, and also make some important decision, then they can control their child.
Finally, parents should make important decision for their children because people just say that by making important decision on their own can make a child mature, but this is not the right time for testing the maturity level. For example- if a teenager chooses a subject for higher education, then there will be some chance that they will not survive with that subject and they will fail in the examination. Parents know their child very well, they know their children capabilities, and so they will always choose better option for their children.
In conclusion, Parents should make important decisions for their children because in this world parents are the only member in our family who always want their children’s happiness. Parents are mature, and they know about the real world, and they can make important decision correctly.
