I just finished my GRE yesterday with an 1130. Got 650-Q and 480-V. I'm starting to wonder if I retake it. I used the Princeton Review book for my math and the Kaplan flash cards for vocab. I think the Princeton book lacked in the harder math and that is why I hit a wall at 650. As for the verbal, I think I can do better if I have a month or so to study. I know my scores aren't horrible, but I believe they could be better. Should I retake the test in a month or so? I have already applied to several Ph.D. programs in Microbiology.
