Has anyone heard from Haas about round 2 interviews for the PT program ? I submitted my application on the last date. Do they start looking at applications in the order they receive the applications ? If you have heard then please throw some light. thanks AB

Hi david, I am planning to apply to the EWMBA program at Haas. A brief introduction. * GMAT 750( Q95%, V93%) AWA 6.0 *Undergrad from Indian Institute of Technology ( IIT). GPA 3.5 *Worked for a year in India *Did my MS in comp eng at Rutgers . GPA 3.61 *Working for the last 4 years in a phone software company shipping phone software. My company is the market leader in the mobile client software market. I am currently mentoring engineers in our India offshore development Center in India. I received one promotion to a senior engineering position in 2003. *I am on the executive board of a non-profit organization in Bay Area. What are my chances of getting into the part time program. How big a wow facor do I need ? -thanks Arindam

Hi, I have a 750 ( Q 50, V 41) in GMAT,an undergrad from IIT, an MS in CS from Rutgers University and 5 years of work ex at a leading phone s/w manufacturer in Silicon Valley. I have received one promotion to a senior level engineer. in addition to my development work I am currently mentoring a group of engineers in our offshore development center. I am also on the executive board of a non-profit organization I am looking to apply to the part time programs in SF Bay area. What are my chances of getting in ? I here that part time programs like Haas prefer people with official manager title ? Hence I am worried. -AB

I have a question. My wife is on H4. She will start going to school in Fall. can she change her status midway between her studies to F1? Does she have to decide that at the beginning of the course or she can change her status midway between her course ? Also If she applies for change of status for H4-F1 inside the US can she apply for OPT or CPT without getting the F1 visa stamped ? -Arindam
