thank you rsaylors Actually U of M was my top choice because the heave The Institute of the Study of Security Markets (ISSM). but what happened was that on May 9, I received an email from UNT, with an acceptance letter. So, I requested that my current university transfer my SEVIS record to UNT. but, the next day, I received U of M's offer by regular mail, which was dated may 3rd. So i stopped the process of transferring out to UNT, and came over here to consult with you. No, after you told that they both are highly selective. I think i'll go to Texas because my country has a Consulate in huston, and also the major oil companies have branches there. so the location offers good networking chances for me
