I graduated from Dr MGR Medical University in 2000 and planning to give my FPGEE exam. I had documents mailed to ECE and they sent me an email stating that I need to provide 'proof of degree' in a sealed envelope from university for continuing the evaluation. I would like to know how to get the 'proof of degree' . Should I request it from the college or MGR University. How does it look like?
