Even though I got a 1260 only 3 months ago? :(

I retook the GRE this morning and did HORRIBLE I received a 950 with 440 on the verbal and 510 on the math. Three months ago when I took the GRE I scored a 1260 with 580 on the verbal, 680 on the quantitative, and 3.5 on the writing. My whole reason for retaking the test was to improve my writing score, which I think I probably did. During the other sections I wasn't able to concentrate after the writing sections and in turn really stressed out and got extremely anxious. I know that retaking the test and doing that bad has really hurt me but I'm just not sure how bad my situation is. I REALLY do not want to take the test again because now I know I will really stress myself out. In addition I am recovering from a major spine surgery and it is frankly painful to sit through the test. I just hope I have not really damaged my chances of getting into a good Microbiology PhD program by messing up for a few hours out of my life. I do have above 3.7 GPAs from both my BS and MS.
