  1. Many thanks for your answer! I sent an email to ETS customer service to know about my scores. They wrote me: "Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate area. Please allow sufficient time for a representative to respond" ... Today is 25th, it means that 24 days have passed since ETS updated my profile with the rescoring request. Even if I haven't received any written letter yet, I think that there is little chance of receiving a higher score in Speaking. Andrea
  2. But when did you take your exam? Has your online profile been updated with your request? In the meanwhile, I sent an email to ETS customer service to know about my scores. They answered me "Your inquiry has been forwarded to the appropriate area. Please allow sufficient time for a representative to respond" ... Andrea
  3. Hi !! I sent my fax to ETS on June 27th, and they updated my online profile with this request on July 1st. I asked for Speaking rescoring, not Writing, but our situations are quite similar. I suggest you to check your online account (View orders) to see any change. If you think that your fax has been lost or not considered, refax your request, indicating Duplicate, to avoid multiple charging from your credit card. Today is July 21st, 20 days have passed but I don't know anything about my new scores. I'm nervous and upset ... I decided to register for another exam at the beginning of August. I hope to obtain a higher grade, I need only 1 point more! Hope it helps. Andrea
  4. Hi everybody! I took my iBT TOEFL test on June 17th, 2011, and I got 107/120, with 23 in the Speaking section. Since for being officially admitted as PhD student I need at least 24/30, I asked for rescoring. I would like to know how I will be informed about my new scores. ETS wrote me this: "Once a rescore has been completed, you will be mailed a letter of explanation". But if my scores don't change, what is this "letter of explanation"? Is it an e-mail or a written letter? Because in the first case, I could know about my scores immediately, in the second case, instead, it means that I should wait for delivery time from US to Italy, and it could take several days! Do you know something that could help me? Thank you, I'd really appreciate it! Andrea
