Hi Vanessa, I was in the same situation last time. TOEFL sent me an apology, through an email, saying that raters were unable to score my test due to technical problems with scoring the Speaking section of the test. In the same email, it included voucher number that I used for my subsequent test. So, if the voucher authorization number was not listed in the email they sent you, I recommend you to consider contacting ETS as soon as possible and describe the issue to them. Best luck!
